In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and apiwin. By creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 apiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions applicable to individual products or offers available through apiwin. In the event of any inconsistency, specific product rules shall prevail over these General Terms only to the extent of that inconsistency.
3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the apiwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. apiwin implements age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds suspended pending investigation and refund procedures.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform. apiwin makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform.
3.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prevents your use of online gambling services.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Register. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gambling platforms are not permitted to register or use apiwin. If apiwin becomes aware that a self-excluded individual has registered, the Account will be closed immediately.
4.1 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on apiwin. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of apiwin. Providing false information, including falsified identity documents during KYC, may result in immediate account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. apiwin will never request your password via live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify apiwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. apiwin accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 KYC Verification. apiwin requires Users to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Verification typically requires submission of a valid CNIC and may include proof of payment method. apiwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. apiwin supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All Wallet balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the apiwin Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts are subject to change without notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. apiwin aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification status. apiwin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security or compliance review purposes.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
5.5 No Cash-Out of Unplayed Deposits. apiwin reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where deposits have not been wagered in accordance with minimum activity requirements. Details of such requirements, where applicable, are provided at the time of deposit or bonus acceptance.
5.6 Transaction Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal information you provide is accurate. apiwin accepts no responsibility for funds sent to an incorrect account or wallet number provided by the User.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Wagers placed through apiwin are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable product-specific rules. apiwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or where a technical error may have resulted in an incorrect price or outcome.
6.2 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest pricing error, system error, or data feed error that results in an incorrect bet being offered or accepted, apiwin reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return stakes to the User's Wallet. This applies to both sports betting markets and casino game results where a technical malfunction is identifiable.
6.3 Results and Settlements. The settlement of sporting event bets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result, apiwin's determination shall be final and binding, absent manifest error.
6.4 Casino Game Results. All casino and slot game results on apiwin are generated by certified random number generation systems. These systems are independently audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and individual session results will vary.
7.1 apiwin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including eligibility requirements, qualifying deposit minimums, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
7.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
7.3 apiwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of suspected abuse of promotional offers – including multi-accounting, systematic arbitrage, or collusion – apiwin may void bonus awards and associated winnings.
7.4 Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the apiwin Platform:

9.1 All content on the apiwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of apiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of apiwin.
10.1 The apiwin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apiwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apiwin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings resulting from technical outages, delayed bet placement, or data feed errors.
10.3 apiwin's aggregate liability to any User, in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by apiwin is governed by the apiwin Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.
11.2 By registering with apiwin, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with payment processors and KYC verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
12.1 apiwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides Users with a range of self-management tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within the User Account settings at all times.

12.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted to apiwin are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. apiwin takes no responsibility for harm caused if a User creates a new account or accesses the Platform by other means during a self-exclusion period.
12.4 Users who are aware of or suspect that a minor may be accessing their Account must take immediate steps to secure their login credentials and contact apiwin support.
13.1 apiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been violated; (b) the Account is being used fraudulently; (c) the User has provided false information; (d) it is required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons; or (e) the User's continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon closure for cause, apiwin may withhold Wallet balances pending investigation. Where balances are withheld, apiwin will notify the User of the reason to the extent permissible and will return verified legitimate funds following completion of any investigation, unless forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.
13.3 Users may close their Account at any time by contacting apiwin support. Upon closure at the User's request, any verified Wallet balance in real money will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.1 apiwin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
14.2 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. apiwin will return any verified Wallet balance upon Account closure requested within a reasonable period following notification of any material amendment.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the apiwin Platform, you agree to first contact apiwin's support team to attempt informal resolution.
15.2 apiwin's decisions on all matters relating to gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final and binding in the absence of manifest error, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
